All services are governed by individual, dedicated commercial agreements signed directly with our corporate clients and creators.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly outlined in writing, all infrastructure systems, strategic methodologies, operational workflows, and materials published on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Archimage OÜ.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an independent advisory contractor. While we deploy maximum industry-standard expertise to enhance digital presence, we do not guarantee specific monetary returns or third-party digital platform algorithmic outcomes. Archimage OÜ shall not be held liable for any indirect operational losses arising from individual platform policy modifications.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any judicial or contractual disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
